We focus on investing in Manufactured Housing Communities, RV Resorts, and Self-Storage facilities as we believe these are the most recession-resilient assets that hold the most opportunity. Based out of Tampa, FL we decided to focus on high-growth markets across the state of Florida. We purchase properties direct-to-owner and look for value add opportunities that allow us to significantly increase NOI.
